DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping, we are looking to add this feature to our website by 2015.

 

I’VE RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION # BUT STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TRACKING #?

 

All orders usually take 3-4 days to process, and be shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email with the valid tracking number. No worries 🙂

 

I’VE RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER?

 

All tracking numbers usually take about 24-48 hours to be updated with current information about your order with USPS. Give it some time & then try again. If you have any further questions about your package contact us at hello@casedup.co

 

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Orders are shipped almost daily via USPS. Please allow 5-9 business days for your order to arrive. (Business days exclude holidays, and weekends)

 

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A PREORDER ITEM WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

 

All preordered items usually state the day in which they will arrive, or give a valid time frame as to when the items will be shipped out. Please make sure you read the product details to find this information. If you cant find this information please feel free to contact us at hello@casedup.co

 

I ENTERED THE ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED YET, HOW CAN I SEND IT TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS?

 

If an invalid address is provided to us, USPS will send the order back to our offices. All invalid addresses entered are the responsibility of the customer, as USPS does not refund shipping costs. Once we receive your order we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment at your expense. Please be sure to double-check all addresses before completing your order to avoid any extra fees and delays in your order. We want your #CasedUp experience to be smooth and enjoyable.

 

HOW PROTECTIVE ARE YOUR CASES

 

Cased Up offers a variety of cases, some more protective than others. Some of the cases we offer only cover the back and sides of the case limiting while others cover the complete phone case. Take a look around, you are sure to find something that fits your needs.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE/ RETURN MY ORDER, WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges at the moment. All sales are FINAL! To limit returns and exchanges please be sure to read the product specs, and be sure to click the correct phone type and lastly double check your order to be sure everything is correct.

 

I HAVE AN IPHONE 4/4S AND DON’T SEE ANY PRODUCTS FOR MY PHONE TYPE, WHEN WILL YOU HAVE SOME?

 

Our phone case collections begin at iPhone 5/5s, we do not offer phone cases for the iPhone 4/4s and they have been discontinued from our website. However, we do offer custom phone cases for ALL PHONE TYPES! If this interests you, please view our Custom Case Policy here.

HOW DO I ENTER THE PROMO CODE?

 

At checkout you should see a message that says “Have a coupon? Click here to enter it.” Once you click, it will drop down and give you space to enter the code, once the code is entered press “Apply Coupon” and your discount will be given.
